Maybe make the Mario levels structured either 2D like the classics or 3D like 3D world and then the Sonic levels something like maybe the Classics, Adventure games, or the boosting formula. It'd be like Generations but instead of Classic and Modern Sonic, it would be Mario and Sonic gameplay. 2 (USA) should be in the game as well, but only as either a bonus stage, or as DLC. This game is a classic platformer that has everything you love from the classic Mario & Sonic games. 3, Super Mario World, Sonic the Hedgehog (1991), Sonic CD, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, and Sonic 3 & Knuckles. The game includes levels from Super Mario Bros. Mario & Sonic must go through stages that they once traveled before from their worlds, collect the Chaos Emeralds, and rescue their friends.
